Having problems with email set up? If you answered "Yes", then follow the simple steps in
this wizard to help guide you through the process. After completing the wizard, you will have
successfully set up your email account.
When prompted, select "Open" or "Run" and follow the instructions

FYI:
This wizard will temporarily install a small program that
will give our technical support associate direct access to your computer. It is the
same as if we were in your home working on your computer. Once the need for Remote Support
session has ended, this program will uninstall itself.
Please select "Open" or "Run" when prompted and follow verbal instructions given by
our technical support staff.
