# Accounts that exceed monthly hourly limits any two months during any three consecutive calendar months will automatically be upgraded to the next service level. Overage fees are billed at 5¢ per minute.
+ Web space is for personal use only. Web space used for business or e-commerce purposes will be grounds for loss of all account priviledges. Accounts will be assessed a $20 administration feewill be disabled due to a breach in the terms of service agreement.
