Check the number of hours used on your dialup account for the current calendar month. If your monthly dialup charges total:

• $10.99 or $14.99 (with web acceleration): 150-hours allowed
  
  
• $14.99 (without web acceleration) or $17.99: 300-hours allowed
  
  
• $16.99 or $19.99: 450-hours allowed
  
  
• $21.99: unlimited hours; however, account cannot exceed 600 hours per month for 3 consecutive calendar months without being classified as dedicated service. Dialup accounts deemed as dedicated use are billed at $49.99 per month with no maximum cap on monthly hours.
